Policies

Attendees must be 21 years or older. Tickets and packages are limited while supplies last. Applicable facility fees and service charges apply to all ticket sales and must be paid by the purchaser. Tickets are non-refundable. Hotel Lodging Packages have an eight-week cancellation policy for a full refund. Appellation Healdsburg reserves the right to modify or cancel any event at any time upon notice to participants. In the event of cancellation, the cardholder will receive a full refund. Applicable taxes must be paid by purchaser. Tickets or packages are not for resale. All attendees may be required to sign and return a Photo and Video Waiver. Void where prohibited.

Tickets are non-refundable. Hotel Lodging Packages have a seven-week cancellation policy for a full refund. Packages cancelled after Friday, January 23, 2026 at 3 pm PT are non-refundable. The room portion of the package may be applied to a future stay; ticket fees will not be credited. Please contact info@pigsandpinot.com for cancellations.
