Our Donor Packages are designed for those who don’t just attend Pigs & Pinot—they become part of it. It’s more than access — it’s meaningful connection to the chefs, winemakers, and experiences that define the weekend.
Donor Packages offer two or three-night accommodations at Appellation Healdsburg, early access to select events, and a curated mix of exclusive experiences not available with other packages, including private tastings, chef-led introductions, and VIP event access.
Both packages include exclusive access to the Taste of Pigs & Pinot chef’s after-party—Pinot After Dark, VIP admission to all seminars, curated wine collections, and introductions by Charlie Palmer to our gala chefs and winemakers.

Package prices include 16% tax on the room portion. For Ultimate, Luxe, and Weekend Select Packages, the full package price will be charged at the time of booking. Donor Packages are handled directly with donors and invoiced separately. There is an eight-week cancellation policy for a full refund. Packages cancelled after Friday, January 23, 2026 at 3pm PT are non-refundable. The room portion of the package may be applied to a future stay, ticket fees will not be credited.
