When do tickets go on-sale?
You may reserve Donor Packages starting in September, ahead of our General Sale in November. All other tickets and packages will be released in mid November. For the most up-to-date information on Pigs & Pinot, please sign up for our
mailing list.
Where can I purchase Pigs & Pinot tickets?
How many tickets can I purchase at a time? Is there a limit?
Guests may purchase the following during each Eventbrite transaction:
- TWO (2) Appellation Healdsburg Pigs & Pinot Lodging Packages (limit two per package type per transaction)
- FOUR (4) Taste of Pigs & Pinot Tickets
PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer a la carte Saturday Seminar or Saturday night Gala dinner tickets. These tickets are reserved for Pigs & Pinot Lodging Package guests. Occasionally, we have a seminar or Gala dinner ticket available last minute. If you would like to be added to our wait list, please

Yes, once an Event or Package sells out you may join our wait list by

Are tickets and packages refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. Hotel Lodging Packages have an eight-week cancellation policy for full refund. Packages cancelled after Friday, January 23, 2026 at 3 pm PT are non-refundable. The room portion of the package may be applied to a future stay; ticket fees will not be credited. Please email
info@pigsandpinot.com for cancellations.
What time is hotel check-in?
If you are staying with us as part of a Pigs & Pinot Lodging Package, check-in is at 3 pm.
Is valet service available at Appellation Healdsburg?
Yes, if you are a guest staying with us as part of a Pigs & Pinot Lodging package, valet service is available at Appellation Healdsburg.
Where can I park if I am not staying at Appellation Healdsburg?
Parking information will be announced closer to the event. Please stay tuned!

Pigs & Pinot Gala Dinner
Check-in opens at 6:00 pm, accompanied by a sparkling wine reception. Guests are invited to enjoy a glass as they arrive and check in. Dinner service will begin promptly at 6:30 pm, with all guests seated by that time. Check-in location TBD—details coming soon.
