Gala Dinner at The Matheson

Saturday evening’s Pigs & Pinot Gala features a multi-course dinner at Dustin Valette’s The Matheson. As a collaborative offering, each course features a signature creation from Valette and his guest chefs.

Courses will be paired with two limited-production Pinot Noirs from highly acclaimed wineries.

All pork for the Gala Dinner provided by Cream Co. Meats

Seating at the Gala dinner is limited to Pigs & Pinot Hotel Healdsburg Package guests.

A post-gala celebration with after-dinner drinks and dessert in the Hotel Healdsburg lobby. All Pigs & Pinot celebrants are welcome to attend.


Seminar tickets are exclusive to Hotel Healdsburg and Harmon Guest House Lodging Packages and selections are subject to availability. Full package pricing is charged at the time of booking. There is an eight-week cancellation policy for full refund. Packages cancelled after Friday, January 19, 2024 at 3pm PST are non-refundable. The Matheson

The Matheson is Sonoma County’s acclaimed food & wine experience located in the heart of Downtown Healdsburg. Helmed by renowned Chef and Owner, Dustin Valette, guests are welcomed to enjoy multiple unique restaurant/bar concepts all under one roof – from an upscale restaurant featuring modern Wine Country cuisine, to a bar lounge, complete with a Wine Wall featuring 88 wines on tap.

Upstairs, Roof 106 offers guests an open-air restaurant and cocktail lounge, with indoor dining options available. Every dish and libation is prepared with finesse and celebrates local artisans and the expansive surrounding region, while the food, cocktail and wine menus rotate with the changing micro-seasons, offering a unique experience with each visit.
