Join us for a Celebration of Pigs and Pinot, with Chef Charlie Palmer and a team of renowned culinary and wine authorities. This exclusive interim event will take place on Friday, September 10 at Hotel Healdsburg and Dry Creek Kitchen.
The Pigs & Pinot Celebration Dinner features a sumptuous five-course dinner. As a collaborative offering, each course features a signature creation from Palmer and our featured chefs including: Nate Appleman and Dry Creek Kitchen’s Executive Chef, Wyatt Keith.
Each course will be paired with two limited-production Pinot Noirs from highly acclaimed wineries including Gary Farrell Vineyards & Winery, CIRQ, Bob Cabral Wines, Arista Winery, and Sonoma Cutrer.
