Pigs & Pinot Shaken Up

Bringing a spirited twist to h2hotel’s Pigs & Pinot Swine & Wine package, Ms. Haley Samas-Berry, proprietor of Lectures on Libations and h2hotel’s spoonbar cocktail muse, will lead a cocktail workshop that showcases how to incorporate excess ingredients from the kitchen into dynamic cocktails.

Participants will engage in a hands-on afternoon learning culinary cocktail techniques that highlight swine and wine. Each guest will learn how to save and re-incorporate pork fat into elegantly rich cocktails, learn about using smoke to imbue cocktails with nuanced flavors typically found in meat, and how to make bright, delicious shrubs out of Pinot past its prime. Enjoy snacks from the spoonbar kitchen throughout the class.
